Mass actions for exporting documents
Select all documents to be exported and press button Export to external system
Mark the documents (1) for which mass actions should be made. On the right side choose Transactions (2) and Category (3). If all documents are of the same suplier you can also select it if they are different skip this step.
Complete the rest of the items and export your documents.
